Chantal Drepaul

Client Service Representative

Chantal wanted to work at Clarkson Village Animal Hospital because of her love for animals. The reputation of our hospital is renowned in the veterinary field and she wanted to be part of a team that makes a difference in the lives of our clients and patients.

She is a great addition to our Client Services team, with over 5 years of experience in client and patient services in the medical field, as well as more generalized customer service experience. In her job here, she enjoys helping our patients day-to-day, speaking with wonderful new and long-time clients, and working with a great team. She’s proud to work somewhere with 24-hour service so pets in need have access to treatment in emergency situations.

Chantal is a proud owner of two canines that she rescued as puppies from the Humane Society. Rocco is a 4-year-old Aussie Shepherd crossed with Lab, adopted from the Guelph Humane Society at 5 months. He has an old soul and is full of love and loyalty. He loves to herd everyone into the same room (an Aussie Shepherd trait)! Her other dog is Cruise, a Chow Chow mixed with German Shepherd. Cruise is 3 years old, adopted from the Kitchener Humane Society at 5 months. He is the baby of the family and thinks he is a security guard.

Because of Rocco and Cruise, Chantal wanted to be a part of a business that provides the best healthcare for dogs and cats!

When she’s not at the pet hospital, Chantal can be found spending time with her family, hiking, or doing activities with Rocco and Cruise.
