Dr. Daniel Mudrick
Clarkson Village Animal Hospital founder and owner, Dr. Daniel Mudrick, is a proud 1981 graduate of the Ontario Veterinary College at the University of Guelph.
Dr. Mudrick spent several years in general practice in Mississauga, as well as emergency and critical care medicine in Toronto, before opening the Clarkson Village Animal Hospital in Sept. 1987.
He started his dream with one staff member, plenty of perseverance, and a lot of faith. By caring for one patient at a time, the hospital has continued to grow. Dr. Mudrick’s special interests include surgeries, dentistry, pain management, anesthesia, and behavioural counselling for dogs and cats. He’s also focused on reducing stress for dogs and cats who are nervous about car rides and veterinary visits.
During those rare times when Dr. Mudrick is not at the hospital, he can be found at yoga class, hiking, gardening, and spending time with his family. He also enjoys reading to stay current on the most recent advances in veterinary medicine and attending lectures.
