Relocation FAQs 

We are relocating to serve you better! On May 8, 2023, we will be relocating to larger space near our current location. Below are answers to questions you may have related to our move. 

  1. Where is the clinic moving?

We are moving near our current location. The new address is 804 Southdown Road, Unit D7-8, Mississauga, ON L5J 2Y4, which is a 4-minute drive from our current location. At our space, we will have lots of parking spots available and we will be located in the same plaza as AHP (Emergency and Referral Center). 

  1. Why are you moving to a new location?

We have outgrown our current space and are moving to a larger premise that is custom designed for our use.   

  1. When are you moving?

The construction at our new location is underway and we expect to move on Monday, May 8, 2023. As construction nears completion, we will update our clients if the date that we will be operating from our new location changes. 

  1. Will there be any changes to the clinic?

Apart from moving into a more modern and efficient space, we will go from 2 exam rooms and 1 comfort room to 3 exam rooms and 1 comfort room. 

     5. Will your services change? 

We will now have a double surgical suite, a dental suite and other brand-new equipment. Our grooming services with Kelly Graham will no longer be offered at our new location. Our groomer’s last day of work at Clarkson Village is Friday, April 21st. We will continue to offer all the other services as we currently do, at the same high standard that you have come to expect.  

  1. Will your hours change?

Our current operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Please note that we will no longer be opened on Holidays. After the construction is completed, we will inform you if anything changes. 

  1. Will you shut down for any number of days while you relocate?

We will be closed on May 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 until 1 pm. We will update this page and our Facebook page with more details if needed. We will also communicate these details via email to our clients and referring hospitals.
